The phrase, out of your mind creativity,
struck me hard when I heard spiritual teacher and author, Neale Donald Walsch, utter it during an interview. He referred to the kind of creative endeavors that arise from an authentic, higher part of us with which we may not always be in touch. Finding your higher
self and the place you love to play is what this book is about.
The human brain contains an estimated 50 to 100 billion neurons that communicate to one another with over 1,000 trillion synaptic connections. And as mind-blowing as that is, this complex organ can’t do everything...not alone, anyway. That stated, let me explain.
This mechanism of spongy flesh is interconnected to itself, other systems of the body, and to the core of who we are as individuals, as well as to our spirits. One part alone cannot thrive without the others. I believe the reason many people with amazing, creative potential don't thrive
is they live primarily in their heads, paying little attention to creative promptings that come from other sources. I also believe each one of us has the power to create a wonderful life by connecting to that which is not ordinary and lives outside the confines of mere
