About this ebook
Communicating in a Character Culture with Tact, Integrity, and Courage in the Workplace, is the second in La Maison du Parc series.
The book is written in three parts.
Firstly, The Story. This story is about Claire, the new owner of a restaurant, as well as the managers and staff, who, with the help of an Executive Coach, are developing healthy, constructive communication to transform to a Character Culture.
At this point in time Claire realizes that she, and the other leaders, must practice the communication skills with good timing and judgement. Her one-on-one conversations with the leaders (Nicolas, Connie, and Laura) provide the backdrop for our tale.
Secondly, The Evidence. With the help of a skilled researcher, Joshua Leblanc, MA, PhD Candidate, the second part of the book offers evidence to substantiate the concepts and tools. The Character Culture Framework was introduced in Building a Character Culture. This book builds on that Framework.
Thirdly, The Tools. The third part of the book summarizes the tools mentioned in the story.
