Author’s Note
Dear Readers: A chocoholic since childhood, I have relished researching and compiling information on chocolate over the last decade. Since I wrote a chocolate travel app several years ago (no longer available), companies and events have come and gone. I have endeavored to have the most current information in Have Chocolate, Will Travel; however, businesses change as do rates and hours. With thousands of chocolatiers and chocolate-themed travel worldwide, not everyone could be included, but here's a worthy sampling of inspiring chocolate finds.
This book is dedicated to chocolate lovers around the globe.
