    Great starting point To allow an individual to gently challenge their ideas about their gender identity and Internal barriers to possibly transitioning FtM

    This guidebook is a FANTASTIC starting point for realizing yourself as an ftm trans man, or otherwise non-gender-conforming masculine individual.

    Leo Castana is short, direct, warm, encouraging, and uplifting with his writing and guidance. This guide has definitely HELPED ME calm the anxieties within myself surrounding transition. This guide has asserted my need to overcome my doubts through self-education and building support systems (chapter 3); which means overcoming negative-talk, talking myself from irrational thinking, and embracing my true self.

    I certainly recommend this guide to others, and carry it with my throughout my transition!
