    This book was originally written for those who are seriously ill, with cancer or some other chronic disease. However, I believe that any and everyone can use these simple, basic concepts, to achieve continuous vibrant health, if that is your goal.

    What do I mean by vibrant health? Let's define it. Vibrant has two different meanings which both apply here.

    1) Pulsating with vigor, vitality and energy

    2) Produced as the result of vibration

    A truly healthy body isn't just in a state of being free from detectable disease. These days, with our increasingly toxic environment and stress-promoting culture, it is difficult to find someone who radiates vigor, vitality and energy. I can tell you that it is a goal worth pursuing and I challenge you to do the right things, long enough, so that you experience that feeling yourself.

    What about the second definition: produced as the result of vibration? Not only your body, but every cell, every molecule within every cell, all the way down to its subatomic particles, have a vibration. These vibrations must be in alignment and in harmony if you want vibrant health. But how? It sounds impossible, a lot like trying to herd cats or chickens.

    The good news is that you don't have to concern yourself with the complexity of managing all those trillions of particles and quintillion details. There are simple, doable ways to get it all moving harmoniously in the right direction. That is the road to vibrant health.

    Vibrant health is a journey, not a destination. Just when you feel you've arrived, something changes and you need to adjust again. I know some of
