This book is part of the 30 Minute Book Series and, as the name of the series implies, if you are an average reader this book will take around 30 minutes to read. Since this book is not meant to be an all-encompassing book on investing in dividend paying stocks, you may want to know more about this subject. To help you with this, there are several good references at the end of this book. As you read through the book, if there are terms you are not familiar with, I have provided a Glossary of Terms at the end of the book that should help.

      The Revised Edition contains a correction and some clarifications to the text that appeared in the original edition.

      Introduction

      Everyone dreams about making money without having to put in the work. While investing in stocks and making money through dividends does not come without some effort, it is a great way to take your savings nest egg and grow it to three or four times its current value.
