    Dream Butterflies

    nce upon a time, long before little girls had dreams, there lived the Princess Alysia of Asia. This young lady had all the finest things and all the best friends that money could buy, but her heart was filled with an emptiness that just wouldn’t go away.

    Every evening her royal majesty would march down her long, cold marble hallway to her cavernous bedroom. Princess Alysia would then change into her finest silk sleeping gown and snuggle under the even silkier puffy pink covers in her bed. Her bed was big enough to fill most homes in her country. Then she would gently close her eyes only to wake the next morning and start all over again. This was her destined life as a young prin-cess, or so she thought.
