Using a slow cooker is one of the best ways to create a delicious dinner for you alone, for a family or for a dinner party. The Paleo diet was created to help get you back in a healthy state. The recipes you make should be gluten-free and low carb. If you see that one of the ingredients includes gluten, search for a gluten-free substitute.
