      Chapter One

      My name is Grace. Ironic because I’m far from graceful. The thing is, I’m god dam amazing! Who would’ve thought a woman who had grown up with the wrong body, and face would be where I am today. When I say wrong body, that is not by my standards, but by the standards of the world around me. I have a big butt, according to many. The funny thing is, my hips and butt are big, and yet my waist is tiny, and I have the best legs ever! In my opinion. The only opinion that matters. I could’ve ended my life and let the world dictate how I was to turn out, but instead I made my own rules. Make no mistake I am no angel, and I’m not looking for you to like me. I don’t need your approval. In fact, I would advise you not to warm up to me. Quite the opposite. Perhaps at the end of all this you’ll hate me. Perhaps you’ll think, that bitch. Either way, I’m okay with your opinion of me. Most people do don’t like me, but the truth is, I don’t give a flying fuck. Life is too damn short to such a thing. Life has brought with it misery and happiness, and I embrace both with equal passion. And to be quite honest, I love my life. How long I will be able to maintain it, that is another story, but a story I’m willing to take you on. So, join me, live your life through my eyes. You’ll either enjoy it or hate it, but you will live it. So, enjoy! I hope

      Grace studied herself in the mirror. She smiled. She loved herself despite all the negativity she’d heard most of her young life. She ran her hands down her voluptuous hips that was wrapped in the glorious black dress that hugged her body. She smiled. Tonight, she would seduce the most wanted man on the planet. Well that was how it had been portrayed. Hunter was the man of men. He was tall, dark haired and as sexy as hell. Words were not enough to describe the man in question. He had appeared on covers of GQ and other magazines as man of the year. He ran a multibillion pound company running software that did or sorts of things that, Grace was after. She was after his genius. He was the man to seek if she wanted to survive her business. He had the intelligence of the cyber world and she wanted him. Not only to help her, but as a man who would satisfy her sexually.

      He wasn’t the type of man who would go for a woman like Grace. She was not his type. Tall, skinny, blond with eyes of every colour except brown was his thing. He just wouldn’t turn an eye at someone who looked like Grace, but Grace wasn’t just anyone. She was Grace and she prided herself in being the best woman who would ever grace his presence. The thing about Grace was that she went for what she wanted. There was no such thing as can’t and she didn’t believe that anyone had a type. She believed that everyone’s type was adjustable. She believed that it was confidence that got the man, not looks. Grace possessed tones of confidence. It was confidence that got her to the place she was today. It was confidence that made people fear her. It was confidence that got her respect.

      ‘Today is the day,’ she smiled. ‘It’s the day I make you mine.’ She studied herself in the mirror. ‘I am beautiful, I am smart, I am the boss, I am me,’ she said this to herself repeatedly until she had believed it. This was a ritual she had started at the early age of sixteen. ‘You can do it.’
