The recipes are presented here as a companion to the book, Frankie & Petra and in the order they appear, along with an excerpt from the book. These recipes have been passed down to me from family and friends. I’ve tried to flesh out
any places they were vague, as you know the ones you get from your mother and grandmother can be. Hopefully, you’ll be able to make them with ease. In the back, I’ve also included a listing of ways to find ingredients that may not be easily obtained at your local market.
