I was born in New York, I used to be a person who has low vision. Went to early intervention school since a little child. Likes to go to arcades, and amusement parks, and learning something new. I used to have vision, I went blind since 2004,--due to defective eye surgery, trying to restore my vision. I started going to Kansas School for the Blind in 2005. That's when I started to learn braille, and do art again. During the school year, I started writing books. In the year 2011; I've graduated from Kansas School for the Blind. I'm a blind person who believes in fairies, and myth because, believing in magic changes my life. I've started believing in fairies since 2005. That's when I left Christianity, and God.

The Problem
Many blind computer users rely on assistive technology like screen-readers, dedicated braille devices, and other tech. Many blind citizens around the world rely on computers each day,—whether if they use them for personal, or business use... they can write ebooks, and publish them to many of these ebook publishing platforms. Blind authors often write new books as an alternative to owning a website, and owning a domain. Many hosting services aren't fit for blind users, a violation of ADA, and other disability rights. For this instance: a visual control panel that doesn't haven't any means to support blind users. Text-based control panels are suitable for screen-readers because, they read text instead of images. Also visual control panels take up most of a processing power, and memory,—and bandwith. DOS, and other older OSs that are text-based has been replaced with graphical user interfaces. These interfaces has caused older assistive devices to go out of use. Command-line interfaces are suitable for blind communities because, you don't need a monitor, and you don't need a mouse,—unless you use it for other uses.
Finding a hosting company is done by using a search engine of choice. However; free hosting services ran by a search engine is common when you create an account with them. If you start relying on them, this is a usual start. But blind people who wanted to start a website wanted to control their own content. Each platform offered by a search engine has a Terms Of Service
page to govern use of their platforms, they do change overtime because, they have to update to new laws to govern privacy rights of others, protect against liabilities, prevent abuse, and more.
Many blind people who rely on disability benefits are limited with limited resources like a limit of $2,000.00 in their bank accounts, and lack of credit cards,—limited equipment and
