Great summary and big overview of the actual book. Recommend reading this as a big picture and not day by day (like the original book).

A wonderful assist to living the life, day by day. It's just enough to give you pause for thoughts...why am I here, and where is my road map? Nothing heavily intellectual about it, just enough to let you examine your quotidian existence.

I recommend the book for those that are new to stoicism and to those that are well seasoned in the stoic way of life as a daily reminder of what is and is not in your control to guide your thinking and decision making process.

First time in a long time I anticipated doing my daily Bible study. It was never a chore but this book is such easy reading; with comments, summary and reflection for what you read. It leaves you with something to contemplate on for the day. I highly recommend this book.
