Hi everyone, Michael Sandler here your host on inspire nation. Today we have a very short, yet powerful happiness meditation. It’s similar to gratitude ones, but really focused on rewiring the mind for the positive.
It was inspired by my interview with Steve Achor, one of the world’s leading researchers on happiness, a partner with Oprah on an O-Course, and the best-selling author of the Happiness Advantage and Before Happiness.

This meditation can be done anytime of the day, but I recommend it first thing after you get up in the morning, or definitely before you head out the door.
This is a great one to commit to for 21 days.

This is a meditation that gets easier over time. At first, it’s difficult for the mind, as we’re not wired to find happiness quickly. But that changes rapidly, creating new neural pathways, or literally changing the wiring of your mind.
