Summary of the April 1, 2014 issue, including articles on medication nonadherence, HIV infection and risk for heart disease and other chronic illnesses, upper extremity deep venous thrombosis, clinical trial registration, cholesterol lowering therapy, and why an HIV cure remains elusive.
