Description

Justin Schneider plead guilty to a count of felony assault after he drove an Alaska woman to a dark street, threatened to kill her, choked her until she was unconscious, and then proceeded to masturbate on her face. Having already spent a year in home confinement and being sentenced to two years in prison with one year suspended, Schneider now has no time left to serve for the assault. Now, there is an effort to oust the judge for giving Schneider too lenient of a sentence, and for not requiring that he register as a sex offender. Could Chris Watts have to reenact the murder of his wife Shanann Watts in court? Past trials, including that of Jodi Arias and Susan Wright have included court demonstrations of the murders to help prove or disprove the defense's claims. If Chris Watts stands by his story, that he found his wife strangling his two young daughters and proceeded to attack her, he may need to demonstrate to police how exactly those events transpired. Police are searching for missing Kierra Coles, a 26-year-old postal worker who was last seen dressed in her work uniform in a neighbor's surveillance video. Although she appeared to be dressed for work, according to a USPS spokesperson, Coles had called in sick to work on the day of her disappearance. Friends and family are now pleading for help to find her. Adam Nolin, a man who was struck by a police vehicle while shooting at police during an escape has now been charged with the murder of his girlfriend. via Knit
