The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly forum on Workplace Racism. This session is specifically constructed to examine problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and control our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have figured out the best methods to eliminate problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other regular problems we often experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in and share details. Black "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear codified strategies from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment.
