Eyes on the prize

Graham Brown is well known in the world of clayshooting, both for running his own ground and for setting up courses at home and abroad. He has also gained recognition as an instructor. Over the past few years he has chalked up some notable achievements, with his students shooting at county level and, in one case, competing at the Commonwealth Games having started from scratch a little over two years previously. What is striking is how short a time it has taken to coach them to such high levels. In some cases, they are shooting excellent scores after only a few months of tuition. What is his secret?
