Ingredients
2 tablespoons of water
1 pound of baby carrots or regular carrots, slice in chunks
4 russet potatoes (scrubbed and slice in 1 1/2-inch pieces)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1 chopped, onion
2 crushed cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon of salt

1. Unite your garlic, potatoes, salt, carrots, water, pepper, onion, and olive oil into your 3-4-quart Crockpot then stir to come together.
2. Cover up your Crockpot then allows cooking on low heat for 7-9 hours or until vegetables becomes tender once pierced with fork.

3 cups of your carrots peeled, slice in chunks
2 cups of your celery diced
3 cups of your baby red potatoes quartered
3 cups of your mushrooms diced
2 cups of your water
