    INTRODUCTION

In the United States alone, there are approximately 46 million adult cigarette smokers. This means that one in every five adults puts their health at risk, and the truth is that a large proportion of them want to quit smoking. Their family, friends, and colleagues all wanted them to quit smoking. Many try but fail while others spend precious dollars trying to get rid of their addiction to nicotine.

Why is it so hard to get rid of the slavery they have subjected themselves to by the use of tobacco products? Why do many people endanger their health and their life to gain the short-lived emotional and mental support that this addictive herb provides? Isn't there another way to relieve daily stress or to satisfy oral nerve fixation.

I think nicotine is one of the most addictive substances that people know about! It is easier to be addicted to cigarettes than substances like cocaine, meth, heroin, alcohol, and some other hard drugs. Smokers of tobacco, even if they have stopped smoking for over 20 years, will continue to exclaim how they miss it and think about their old habits. Rats and mice easily become dependent on water mixed with nicotine. It is known that these rodents reject water when it is not mixed with nicotine. It is a national and international scourge driven by a well-funded and robust advertising machine that relentlessly searches for new and existing victims. Nicotine is a drug, and the companies that manufacture and advertise it are nothing but legal drug dealers. The modern cigarette is simply a distribution system for these addictive substances. Whether smoked, chewed, or snorted, the addictive effects are the same, and only the destruction of the human body differs.
