Introduction
Home gardening is not as popular as it once was and many other hobbies and outdoor past times have replaced it. The more recent generations have considered purchasing their vegetables at a grocery store less of a time waster than gardening. However, many younger people have become interested in healthier diets and a rural lifestyle due to a changing economy or climate. With this interest more people became attracted to home gardening and organic gardening.
Grocery stores have started carrying organic vegetables to meet demands and health concerns but they’re often far more expensive than their non-organic counterpart. Shoppers on a tight budget are often discouraged from buying and eating organically because of this. There is an alternative to spending lots of money on organic vegetables.
