Pita Pocket Stuffers


Equipment: Knife, chopping board, toaster oven, can opener, cling film Ingredients: Pita bread, margarine, filler (ham, cheese, lettuce, pineapple) or kids choice if other preferences. Method: (1) Slice pita bread in half and open each half. Prepare filling ingredients. (2)Cut cheese/ham into slices, open can of pineapple (or cut fresh pineapple depending), slice lettuce into smaller pieces. (3)Spread margarine on the inside of each pita half. Fill each half of pita bread with desired filling. If needed place in pre heated toaster for 5mins. (4)After finished cut each half in half again for more manageable pieces then wrap in cling film and place into containers. (5)Clean down area and disinfect. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------Matching:
