    We, Psychology Students here at De La Salle lipa, we were asked to conduct training (Training Needs Analysis) in partial fulfilment

    to the requirements in the subject Human Resource Management (HUMANRE). For that reason we have decided to make a plan for the teachers in one of the schools within the municipality of Mataas na Kahoy, Lipa city Batangas. As we gone through the process of this training, we have known based on our personal interview with them that they are not knowledgeable enough when it comes to a computer thats why they became willing to participate in this one day seminartraining entitled A Tool to Maximize Teaching Skills. By that both sides agreed to do the said training on the 7th day of October on the present year 2010. This Training Module is focuses on the assessment of the Faculty members of Bayorbor Elementary School which aims to develop the skills of each faculty members when it comes to computers. In this manner, we would be able to contribute to their society in a way that we could share all we have known about computers and its effectiveness as a tool for teaching. By the help this Training, we are looking forward not only in the enhancement of their skills but also to the knowledge that each of them (Faculty members) could share to their students in order to have a much wider scope in conducting this training.
