Participants are expected to have read Q-Learn Modules 1 and 2 on School-Based Research. In view of the importance of this activity, identified participants are expected to attend. No proxy is allowed. A registration fee of Php 250.00 will be collected per participant for one lunch and 2 snacks and other incidental expenses relative to the conduct of this activity chargeable against local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is desired.
