POLICY STATEMENT Tunas Selatan Consortium Sdn.Bhd believes the Safety-First work practices results in the efficient and productive work environment and it is our policy that all works must be carried out in a safe practical manner AND; 1. All contracts shall have standard Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Plans (HSSE) that supplement with specific safe works procedure for every each particular significance risk that may occur at the locality of work place. 2. Every each contract shall have lost free accidents account that to be accumulated and summed-up annually for TSC safety record statement. The efficiency of Project Management shall be correlated to the safety and health plan with accidents free record. 3. Every contract should aim towards: -

Employer and employees shall equally and collectively share the responsibility to
discharge their duty of care to ensure all safety aspects are adhered at all times at the work place.
