Fried Pork Ribs

INGREDIENTS
2 strings 1 slice 1 tsp 1 tsp 2 tbsp pork ribs, washed ginger (about 1cm thick, optional) chicken bouillon powder Chinese cooking wine sugar soy sauce

DIRECTIONS
Boil pork ribs for 20-30 minutes. Drain pot and place pork ribs in a bowl. Heat pot and add oil. Cut ginger slice into 6 vertical slices. Fry pork ribs and ginger slices in pot for 3-5 minutes. Pour cooking wine to about 1/3 way up from ribs. Season with chicken bouillon powder, sugar and soy sauce.
