be an additional advantage, Industry Type: Telecom Role: Training Manager Job description: Should be able to conduct training on Culture and Communication skills Should have delivered and coordinated Soft Skills / Behavioural aspects Timely Identification of training needs,development and implementation of training session Preparation of training calendar Must have content development experience Should have understading of the L&D function Should have handled MDP, leadership training programs Should be able to interact with stakeholders and Leaderrship team Experience with areas of Talent Management eg Top talent, Hi potential etc will be an added advantage Should be able to liase with external vendors for customization of training content Desired candidate profile:

Should be able to analyze the training needs of the managers using surveys and interviews Design and develop management training curriculum Evaluate performance of programs and instructors and provide recommendations for improvement Training Need Analysis Should have delivered and coordinated Soft Skills / Behavioural Training programmes. Delivery of leadership and behavioural training & content development. Plan Training calendar. Identifying and coordinating with external Training vendors. Developing Training material. Maintaining Training MIS
