What we do primarily as a team.


1. We strive to a chieve sa les a nd reve nue s through monetary collec tions. a. Make the most of walks-ins & enquiries by marketing and references by existing customers. b. Make presentations & guide team members for site selling, pitching & attending customers at sites. c. We convince & close deals. d. We Co-ordinate and maintain proper documentation & agreements after sales. e. Ensure timely collection of amount due by our customers. f. Maintain client & broker relationships since our best leads come from there. 2. Sales manageme nt of proje ct. a. Apprise ourselves and our management about market surveys, competition analysis, demand-supply scenario based on primary & secondary research carried out on regular basis. b. Customer profiling & analytics especially walk ins & telephonic calls. c. Make presentations about product, sales pitch, sales office management like brochures inventory, sales kit etc. d. Ensure timely reporting & MIS to management.

What we do on a secondary basis.


a. Give regular feedback on potential sales & operating issues to management from time to time to each other. b. Regular inputs on customer feedback on services, construction, design, USPs etc. c. Co-ordinate & put in place draft agreements, booking letter, receipts, etc. Most importantly. We build and maintain a healthy work environment
