The Liverpool City Centre is the financial, historical, commercial and cultural core of Liverpool, England and the surrounding city region.

The close Liverpool City Centre does consist of the postal regions of L1, L2 & L3, even though L6, L7 & L8 does cover some portions of the outer Liverpool City Centre as well. The residential population of the Liverpool City Centre has grown radically over the last few years& now stands at about 30,000 people.

The city of Liverpool was given borough status in the year 1207 & the original 7 streets of the settlement can be seen within the commercial district of the Liverpool City Centre. Several of Liverpool's most wellknown landmarks are situated in the Liverpool City Centre and in the year 2006; Liverpool was holiday at by 625,000 international visitors, thereby making it the 4thmost stayed city in the UK and the ninety first most visited city on earth. Six regions within Liverpool city Centre does form the Liverpool Maritime Mercantile City and is a UNESCO selected World Heritage Spot. Liverpool City Centre happens to be one of the most architecture noteworthy places in the country.
