    CASE STUDY – Down Syndrome Kosova

    BACKGROUND

    Down Syndrome Kosova is a non-government organization established on March 4


    2007 by the parents of children suffering from Down syndrome.

    CHALLENGE
    Increasing awareness among government institutions and media that even
    individuals suffering from Down syndrome can be part of the society and have the
    necessary skills for running small businesses.

    INSIGHT
    Organizing the grand opening of DSK coffee bar and the press conference for local
    and international media.

    IDEA
    Zero Pozitive ensured the concept, organization and implemented the grand
    opening, which took place at DSK coffee bar. Government ministers, high officials
    from the Ministry of Health and representatives of several non-government
    organizations were among guests present.
