Below we have put a check next to the observations or concerns that we may have about your child. If these behaviors or academic problems persist, they may interfere with your childs ability to learn the material, pass the class and/or pass the NYS Regents Exam at the end of the year. Please discuss the following issues with your child:
    Test and Quiz grades

    Does not complete homework Does not complete classwork Unexcused attendances/lateness and/or cuts class Preparation for class including pens, pencils, binder Maintenance of an organized notebook Studying notes, handouts each night Participation and attentiveness during class lessons Does not show effort and cooperation Talks excessively
    Must attend tutorial Disrupts class Uses headphones/listens to music

    Does not take off hat or hood REMINDER: You can always check your childs progress and attendance in his/her classes by checking them at pupilpath.com. In addition to pupilpath, a weekly progress report is given to your child each Wednesday and needs to be signed (if any of his/her averages are below 75%) and returned by Friday.
