    Sec. 86.203 What is required of an SEA or LEA that is selected for review?

    (a) If the Secretary selects an SEA for review under Sec. 86.202(b), the SEA shall provide the Secretary access to
    personnel, records, documents, and any other information necessary to review the adoption and implementation of
    its drug prevention program.

    (b) If the SEA selects an LEA for review under Sec. 86.202(a), the LEA shall provide the SEA access to
    personnel, records, documents, and any other information necessary to review the adoption and implementation of
    its drug prevention program.
