Sec. 682.605 Determining the date of a student's withdrawal.

(a) A school shall follow the procedures in 34 CFR 668.22(i)

for determining the student's date of withdrawal.

(b) The school shall use the date determined under 34 CFR
668.22(i) for the purpose of reporting to the lender the date that the
student has withdrawn from the school and for determining when a
refund must be paid under 34 CFR 668.22.
