1: Final examination of summer semester Discussion: From 28 August, 2012 summer semester final is going to start. The performance of the invigilators of Motijheel Complex was highly praised by Dr. Jafar Sadeq, Chairperson, Trusty Board of AUB, Dean, CSE Department. Exam controlling Committee of Motijheel Complex expects that this time the performance of the invigilators will be than previous time. Decision no. 1: All the invigilators are requested to maintain uniformity regarding strictness in the exam hall. Agenda item no.2: Duties of the invigilators Discussion: It is noticed that that some invigilators are not marinating the time schedule of the exam, as a result committee is facing problem to continuing the exam timely. Invigilators should collect exam scripts before 30 minutes. Before signing the exam scripts of the examinees they should check whether the first page is properly fulfilled or not. Decision: Invigilators should be punctual, dutiful and sincere. If leave is necessary they need to inform the exam controlling committee before two days. Agenda item no.3: Guest faculty members Discussion: In Motijheel Complex the number of guest faculty member is about -----. From prior experience it was observed that guest faculty members are always absent in their respective exam dates while students need their help for understanding the question paper flawlessly.
