The City of Romulus is looking to hire an experienced Information Technology Assistant Director. Candidate will be responsible for supervising client support functions of the Technology Services department. This includes the Citys network, computers, hardware and software, including peripheral equipment. The principle function of this employee is to oversee the installation and customization of computer equipment and related software. The nature of the work performed requires that this employee establish and maintain effective working relationships with other Departments and City employees, computer related vendors and the public. This position requires an Associates Degree in IT Management or equivalent and three to four years of increasingly responsible experience in support center management and systems analysis work.
