The essence in English: The ultimate reality (God, Paramatma etc); is beyond the realm and horizons of h uman conceptualization and consciousness. Hence many find enough reason to negat e the reality and become atheists. The essence ( : ; ( ) in Marathi: ) ; ( );
(The atheists disapprove the "existence of God" and "theism". They dismiss the u niversally benevolent ways of realizing this reality; viz. NAMASMARAN, JIKRA, SU MIRAN, SIMARAN, JAAP, JAP, POOJA; as useless or counterproductive. They thus fan atically believe "their own understanding as the ultimate reality". The theist or believers; who do not know that ultimate reality is "Experience of Immortality" believe in their own imagination a kind, merciful and protector Go d as ultimate reality. The TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT requires that we rise above such theism and atheism. ..and simply follow the practice of NAMASMARAN, JIKRA, SUMIRAN, SIMARAN, JAAP, J AP; as instructed by our GURU, the immortal reality personified".
