Procedures: 1. 2. 3. 4. First, select the yz plane Draw the straight horizontal line of 400mm in length Then draw the other lines like in the picture above. Trim the unwanted lines.

5. Exist the workbench and then select the shaft botton. 6. At the dialog box, select the 400mm line as the axis of rotation. Then select the profile/surface and highlight the whole lines. 7. Click ok and the solid 3D part will appear.

8. Do the fillit of radius 5mm.

Afterthat click on the another part design and select the yz plane. Draw a rectangular line with dimension 420mmx250mm. Exist the workbench, and click on the pad botton. Insert the length 120mm

13. Then copy part 1 and paste it to part 2. 14. Adjust the position of the part 1 so that it will perfectly fit into the box (part2). 15. Select the part 1 and then click on the insert and then click on the Boolean operation and click on remove botton. 16. From the dialog box, on the remove blank is part 1, from blank is the rectangular box. 17. Then click ok. The mould part will appear. 18. Then finish..
