    During working on site a carpenter cut his foot with a protruding nail. He was reported to first aid clinic.

    Recommendations:

    Nails protruding from surfaces - Remove or bend down nails before discarding scrap material Protruding objects - i.e. make sure exposed rebar is capped Properly arrange the materials Maintain proper housekeeping
