Use of Outlook for ES lab scheduling (status) the 3rd grade has to do their TTL4 and get the students tested. 3rd grade will follow the schedule as is and will finish this program in five weeks. Current online academic support contracts SEMS has and the grade levels that are using them. (IXL, RAZ-Kids, Spelling City, BrainPop etc.) (BrainPop Jr., Starfall Plus ($270)); need to collect data from the entire school on which online programs are being used and which staff would like to have to use. Grade speed parent usage reports There is no way that the ET can get a usage report on parents. Teacher can do it but it is done manually by them. We want to offer training to parents for use of Parent Connection to get online in the library during the Parent Conference day and this would be on November 8th. Would like for teachers to send note to Parents of this opportunity during conference day to get setup with Parent Connection with help of ET. For ES Parents on the November 9th they can do training in room 25 with the ET for parents that come on that day. COW Carts distribution 5th grade has 2 carts, 4th grade has 3 carts, 3rd grade has 1 cart, 2nd grade has 1 cart, MS has three carts two upstairs and one downstairs. So, the distribution of the one cart to MS will have cart go to Mr. Kowalski. The other cart will go to ES New Computers (45 laptops) one option is to take the laptops from the two carts we have and fill out the carts that we have in the school at this time. Then we would like to give 1st grade two additional computers so that they have four computers. Then we would use the rest in the remaining carts. Remotes for the Optoma Infocus machines we need to know how many we need remotes for. Teachers if you have a Optoma Infocus projector Mr. Voce has a remote for this projector. We need to find the parts for an Elmo for one teacher. Mrs. Henry has an Elmo but is missing parts to it. Please if you have any parts that dont belong to you send them to Mrs. Henry.
