    1. Media -Following Sieberts definition, media is synonymous as the press and embraces all the media of mass communication including television, radio, newspapers and the internet. They become daily sources of information, opinion, entertainment, instruction, and advertising.1
    2. Policy-making

    -A policy is defined is defined in the New Oxford Dictionary of English as: a course or principle of action proposed or adopted by a government, party, business, or individual. It has been defined as the process by which governments translate their political visions into programmes and actions to deliver outcomes- desired change in the real world.2
