    Nov 17th, 2011 Mr. Taylor Anthony, Senior Manager Technical Heinrich Mechanics International Subject: Concern About The Quality Of Recently Exported Machine Dear Mr. Anthony: Thank you for your continued support to Solaris International Private. Ltd as a value supplier. You will be pleased to know that your company is our most primary supplier since our inception. Its been more than 10 years that your machinery is using as a key component in the manufacturing of our Batteries & Urgent Power Supplier Products. The role of your company in our success is really very appreciable. Recently our company has imported an SW-209 Quality checking Machines from you. Though its not the 1st time that your company has exported us this machine. However this time our technical experts have found that the machine is not working properly. We have also applied all the instruction which is given in the manuals but of no use. After the critical examination our technical experts have found the following faults in Machine: Machine is not taking complete power It shows only 300 Rpm which is quite low as standard Rpm is 1500 It start to heat up severely after few minutes Its Rotator is also Jammed
