The Gateway Building
was designed to allow
for retail spaces and a
restaurant on the first
level, and office spaces
on the second and third
level. Working on the
Gateway Project has
helped me understand
many different aspects
of the construction in-
dustry. This the first proj-
ect that I have designed
all the way through.The
skills that I have ac-
quired from designing,
estimating, and specify-
ing the Gatway Building
should be very helpful in
the future.

Unique Dwelling
The Unique Dwelling was designed to
be part of a 100% sustainable com-
munity in the deserts of Texas. This
was achieved by utilizing solar energy,
evaporative cooling, and water conser-
vation. This project really showed me
the importance of sustainabilty, and
passive systems.
