TO THE CLERK OF COURT, ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Rule 83.7(a) of the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, the undersigned attorneys hereby notify the Court and counsel that Hausfeld LLP and its counsel Michael Hausfeld, James Pizzirusso, and Michael Lehmann, currently appearing as counsel of record for Plaintiffs listed below as the result of appearances and pro hac vice motions filed on August 3, 2011 and August 25, 2011, respectively, hereby withdraw as counsel for Plaintiffs Elvin Lamont Bethea, John Frederick Dryer, James Lawrence Marshall, Dante Anthony Pastorini, Joseph Michael Senser, and Edward Alvin White (Dryer Group) both individually and as members of the class. Through its counsel, Hausfeld LLP will continue to represent the other named Plaintiffs as well as act as Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel. The Dryer Group Plaintiffs have been and will continue to be represented by Bob Stein LLC, and Ward & Ward, P.L.L.C. Dante Pastorini, as a member of the Dryer Group, has also retained Jon T. King. These Counsel have assumed the obligations and responsibilities for the Dryer Groups representation in this matter.
