REPORT OF HEARING AND ORDER RE: SCHEDULING Held in Portland by telephone on September 25, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. Presiding: Appearances: John H. Rich III, United States Magistrate Judge For the Plaintiff: Joseph Bird, Esq. For the Defendants: James Jones, Esq. David Soley, Esq. The telephone conference was held at my request to discuss the defendants motion, filed with the consent of the plaintiff, to enlarge their time to file an answer or other responsive pleading by 30 days, to October 26, 2012. See ECF No. 14. Following discussion, during which counsel for the defendants agreed that a three-week extension would suffice, I GRANTED the motion IN PART, extending their deadline to file an answer or other responsive pleading to October 17, 2012. SO ORDERED.
