The telephone conference was held at my request to discuss the defendants motion, filed with the consent of the plaintiff, to enlarge their time to file an answer or other responsive pleading by 30 days, to October 26, 2012. See ECF No. 14. Following discussion, during which counsel for the defendants agreed that a three-week extension would suffice, I GRANTED the motion IN PART, extending their deadline to file an answer or other responsive pleading to October 17, 2012. SO ORDERED.
