Psalm 46:1-5 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. Earthly kingdoms can be shaken and removed. The Kingdom of God cannot be shaken or moved. The Kingdom is represented by the RIVER OF GOD. This river is seen in Ezekials vision, and in Johns vision (the Revelation). This river is inside of us through the Holy Spirit. John 7:37-39 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) The Kingdom is inside of us (Luke 17:21). The kingdom is spiritual. It cannot be shaken like the earthly. The flow of the Holy Spirit is the key to Kingdom living. God is in our midst. God is ever present in us and with us.

The kingdom, therefore, is the presence of God among his people (the Church). He helps us. He flows through us. He brings life and healing. We enjoy his presence. We cannot be moved. Many are looking for a future, earthly Kingdom, but the Kingdom is here NOW, within us. There will always be things that shake people on this planet. But we need not fear. The Kingdom we have is UNSHAKEABLE.
