    Dear Mr. Pescador,

    Good day Sir! I, Melissa Gail V. Francisco, BSN -3 student would like to express my sincerest apology for wearing slippers inside the school premises last summer of 2012. My reason for wearing slippers inside the school was due to my unhealed wound in my right foot. I promise not to do it again and follow the rest of the rules and regulations of the University.
