Post and anchor-keep most wieght on post foot!

Warm up Get offs Sled punch Hand punch turn drill (keep feet moving-good. Keep legs bent and feel ground with feet.

Down the line drill (post/anchor feet). Dont lean. Keep hands up and close together.
Mirror Drill (lean and spin)

Push-pull Drill defender puts one hand on Chest/ One hand on back of head (O-line focuses
on posture and sitting in chair when being pulled or pushed.) Fight with your legs!

Sets and Jam Drills


3 steps outside rush.

Pop up to push protection set. 1-2-3 step set up and jams. D-line 1-2-

Power and punch spin out. Defender is inside. Dont go past midline of defender!(one
step and punch! Drive down the line. Spin and come back)

Twist

switch off the penetrator and pick up looping man.
