 Free Education Insurance of Rs. 100,000 is

 Any person can open his regular Saving account
with the help of minimum Rs. 5000/-.
 The business of HDFC Bank is increased of with is
increased with fast rate in last two years.

private sector banks.
 First banks appoint marketing sales executives for
this job.
 Again those executives establish the contact with
customers by using these methods:-

 Getting lead from banks
 Personal contacts

 Sales Executives always face these types of
problems at the time of account opening
process-
 Lacking of right document
 Customers don’t want to open their accounts
in the private banks due to Heavy cost
compare to Public Sector banks.
 People don’t listen all points of sales
executives carefully.

 Normally customers call sales
executives at the time of evening or late
night.
 the success of any meeting always depends
upon the attitude and ability of sales
executives.
 In these processes I have prepared one
questionnaire for customers for taking their
interviews. Total no. of customers were 100.

 I asked their feelings about the services
of HDFC Bank.
 They gave their responses in following

 During Interview process 60%means 60 out of 100
people wanted to open their account in private
banks due to fast work and more convenience.
 Only 50% people means 50 out of 100 people are
happy with the working culture of HDFC Bank.
 60%means 60 out of 100 people thought that Only
ICICI Bank is the Competitive bank of HDFC Bank.
 People wanted to increase the working hour of
HDFC Bank .

 Banking System is very important for the economy
of any country.
 Bank provides normally four types of accounts to
their customers.

should be increased.
 In the private banks, Sales Executives open
the saving account of customers.
 They get very tough target from
managements. So, appropriate
infrastructure and incentive should be
provided to them.
