    Amendment Proposal Form


    The amendment proposal form is to propose a change to the District Bylaws to be considered at the annual district conventions House of Delegates. Each proposal requires its own form. According to Article XII Section 2 of the District Bylaws, only clubs in good standing within the Carolinas District, the District Board of Officers, and the District Administrator may make proposals. Certified delegates will vote on these proposals at the House of Delegates. Proposals are due January 11, 2013 (Art. XII Sec. 4) to Laws and Regulations Chair, Megan Turner, at turnermm@appstate.edu.
