The screen will display: Tag No. 1.Device Config 2.Pres 3.AO1 4.LRV 5.URV 6. % of Range B. Zero Trim (Zero Adjustment) 1.Device Config (press select) 2. Sensors (select) 3. Pressure Trim (select) 4. Zero Trim (select) 5. The screen will show: Take Loop Offline Press OK. 6. Apply zero to Sensor (Apply 0 input) and Press OK. 7. Wait until stable Press OK. 8. The screen will show actual pressure. Press Trim. 9. Remove Pressure Press OK. 10. Put Loop back online Press OK. E. Re-ranging 1.Device config Press Select 2.Sensors Press Select 3.Rerange Press Select 4.Select LRV or URV Press Select 5.Enter New Range by using the keypad Press Done 6. Save New Data Press Yes 7. Take Loop Off-line Press OK 8. Return Loop On-line Press Ok C. Setting the output to Linear or Square Root function 1.Device config Press Select 2.Sensors Press Select 3.Signal Conditioning Press Select 4.Transfer Function Press Select 5.Press Edit 6. Select Linear or Square Root Press Done 7. Save New Data? Press Yes

D. Upper Sensor Trim Adjustment (Span Adjustment) 1.Device Config (press select) 2. Sensors (select) 3. Pressure Trim (select) 4. Upper Trim (select) 5. The screen will show: Take Loop Offline Press OK. 6. Apply High Pressure (Apply 100% input) and Press OK. 7. Wait until stable Press OK. 8. The screen will show actual pressure. Press Trim. 9. Remove Pressure Press OK. 10. Put Loop back online Press OK. G. Entering a New TAG Number 1.Device setup Press ENTER 2.Basic Info Press Select 3.TAG Press Select 4.Press Edit 5. Enter New Tag Press Done 6. Save New Data Press Yes
