Self-Defense Training

for Women

How long is the course?


The Basic Self-Defense Course takes 9 hours, divided into 3 three-hour sessions. Participation in all 3 sessions is required.

When is it?
Session 1: Sunday, February 10, 2013, from 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Session 2: Sunday, February 17, 2013, from 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Session 3: Sunday, February 24, 2013, from 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

Where is it?
Pickford-Chiles Fellowship Hall at Tabor Presbyterian Church, 5804 Tabor Street, Crozet, Virginia 22932

Whats the cost?


The fee is $25.00 per woman for the entire course, by check or money order payable to Michele Zehr. us to offer scholarships to cover the fees for women who would not otherwise be able to participate. You may also donate to the scholarship fund at any time during or after the class. No woman will be turned away if she is unable to pay, so if you are able to pay a little more, this will allow
